What is FAB?

FAB are feminist activists living and working in the Goldfields of Central Highlands, Victoria.

COMMUNICATION COMMITMENT GRIT

The women of Feminist Activism Ballarat met whilst working together in the Reclaim The Night Ballarat 2017 Planning Group, in online spaces and in real life. We get together monthly to do event planning, writing, CR, craftivism, theory reading and discussion, local and international topics as well and a cup of tea and a laugh. We regularly road trip to Melbourne to join in with other activists to support and organise with local, like-minded women.

FAB (formally Women Supporting Women Ballarat and RTN Planning Group) have organised many community events and workshops for local women to come together and thrive, as well as raising donations for local Women's Services to support women in the community.
